Charisma is a soulful guide for women who are ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and live in alignment with what truly feels like peace. She’s not here to push you to perform. She’s here to help you pause, exhale, and ask the kind of questions that bring you back to the version of yourself you haven’t had space to be — the one beneath the pressure, beneath the proving, beneath the performance.

A certified professional coach (ICF PCC), NLP practitioner, and former Director of Education at a leading women’s coach training school, Charisma has spent over a decade holding space for women to reclaim their rhythm, their voice, and their truth. But her work goes far beyond credentials.

Charisma’s brilliance lies in her ability to see the unseen — to walk with women through the kind of quiet burnout that doesn’t always have a name. She supports those who are looked to, leaned on, and lifted up as “the strong one,” yet quietly unraveling beneath the weight of that identity.

With a background in social work and a calling deeply rooted in emotional and mental wellness, Charisma helps women untangle from over-functioning and return to the wisdom of their own nervous systems. Her work is a reminder that mental and emotional wellness are not goals, they are foundations. Rest is not a reward, it’s a reclamation. And no level of professional success is worth self-abandonment.

Charisma is a Wife, Mother, Educator, and Mentor. But beyond every title, she is a woman who has done the sacred, messy, inner work to come home to herself and now holds a soft, powerful space for others to do the same. Her presence is gentle, her work is transformative, and her mission is clear: To create space for women to breathe deeper, lead softer, and live more truthfully.
